Sometimes in the pace of speeding Life we get a chance to hit ‘pause’, whether it’s for a day, a week, an hour, a moment.
I read this book, “Stopping” by Dr. David Kundtz years ago. He thoughtfully offered ways to do so in a manner that took the stress right out of my shoulders and my back muscles. Highly recommend; hope it’s still being published.
There have been days when I knew getting through them was going to be tough for whatever reason. After my morning shower I would stand under the soothing spray, and pretend it was Pure Light pouring over me. I would let my Self absorb it and watch any dis-ease flow down and away.
