Ever find yourself thinking about a loved one who has passed?

Ever find yourself at the oddest moment, thinking about a loved one that has passed? And shaking it off because it’s so random?
Everyone’s done that. It’s a much more common experience than one realizes.
Gently, I propose the next time it happens to you, quietly check in to those thoughts. What feelings are aroused beyond the initial awareness?
Focus in on the memories stirred by them.
Truly, people in Heaven rejoice when they find someone can ‘hear’ them.
Trust your Self to Listen.
It’s so easy to brush it off as our imagination; try, anyway, even if it’s the smallest acknowledgement of Presence you might allow.
The first drop of water on an upturned face might be unexpected or welcome.
You can decide to hold out a cup, or not.
A drop at a time will still fill it, eventually.
